I am providing telehealth only at this time due to COVID-19. Love yourself! Learn to believe in yourself! Our own thoughts/beliefs can cause us to feel ineffective or incapable. Struggling with anxiety, anger or family of origin difficulties? Did you have a controlling, distant or abusive parent? Low self esteem/self worth and toxic family of origin patterns can affect our ability to see ourselves realistically or judge harshly. You can learn to control anxiety and thoughts with techniques, practice, changing your self talk and addressing beliefs about yourself. Many subconscious thoughts cause us to lack belief in ourselves.
I see individuals who are struggling with anxiety/transitions in life (career/relationship/school/grief), family of origin issues, relationship issues, depression and self esteem/self worth/confidence. If you struggle with being assertive or standing up for yourself, I can help you be more assertive and advocate for yourself in personal/professional areas.
